Our lives have become so hectic that many people suffer from chronic stress, anxiety, or depression.
We rarely take the time to fully relax and recover our health, even when we are on vacation.
Stress has a strong negative impact on both the mind and the body, and it can have a detrimental effect on many aspects of our lives, including our relationships. It's frequently linked to conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.
Crystal bowls are one of the most efficient ways to relieve stress. We use crystal bowls to establish a warm environment with repeating sound vibrations that can aid in healing, easing affections, and lowering the risk of chronic illnesses.
Why Crystal Bowls??
Crystal Bowls are fascinating quartz-based instruments. They generate powerful and beautiful vibrations that reverberate throughout the entire body.
They're commonly employed in sound therapy, meditation, and yoga, but they can also be used as "conventional" musical instruments.
Crystal bowls can help you relax your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner self. Allow yourself to be immersed in pure quartz sound vibrations. You'll feel a deep sense of relaxation in your body, a calm mind, and heightened awareness.
We offer at our studio a unique multi-sensory experience called Six Senses Relaxation, as well as special events with top Japanese yoga instructors.
During a Six Senses Relaxation session, you either lie comfortably on your back, or sit in a meditation posture for more advanced practitioners. Each session has its own distinct atmosphere.
As the last sound waves fade away and you gradually come back to the “real world”, you will feel lighter, brighter and more serene.
We hold regular sessions in Tokyo's city center and at major events throughout Japan. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require additional information. You can also book a session directly through our booking system below.
I am a crystal bowls player and martial artist, born in France and based in Tokyo.
I studied percussions at the age of four, and while playing various instruments such as saxophone, steeldrum, handpan for many years, I also began studying singing bowls.
I hold a Master degree in musicology from Paris University and completed the MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) course of the University of Massachusetts. I moved to Japan in 2006 to study martial arts in depth at the International Budo University, focusing on both practical skills and spiritual concepts such as Zen and mindfulness.
I now spend my time playing crystal bowls and teaching martial arts in Japan and abroad.
